Brief overview: I led the development of a new website for a national insurance company. The goal was to provide customers with a user-friendly and easy-to-use platform to purchase insurance policies and manage their account information.

Responsibilities: I was responsible for conducting user research, creating wireframes and prototypes, and leading the design and development of the website. I also worked closely with the insurance company’s sales and customer service teams to ensure that the website met their specific needs and requirements.
